Tablets, Samsung SM-230NU Galaxy Tab 4’ downloaded fine, however, it does not give the IQ Scoresheet. I do get the VRC scoresheet and all other IQ functions, but no scoresheet.???

In the past we have had success with this issue by fully removing the application from the tablet and reinstalling.

Tried on multiple tablets. Still not working.
I get all of VRC, IQ loads but no score sheet.
