The submission website, http://robotevents.com/vexawards, has text fields to enter team number, name and email address, along with the candidate information.
Our situation: Two teams (9 students and 10 students, respectively) and one teacher.
Should each student who wants to nominate the teacher submit an essay or should there be one essay from each team or one essay from the combined teams?
We’d like to receive only one nomination per teacher. The two teams should get together to nominate the teacher in question and list that the nomination comes from “Teams XXXX and YYYY”. A good part of the nomination would be showing the teacher’s impact on the multiple teams.
