We are thinking of having a banner to show our Robotics organization in VEX events. Either hanging on the assigned table, or hang it as a backdrop. Did you recommend any banner size?
We use 6 ft banners which is the smallest table size we have had for pits. Also the pipe and drape for regional events is usually 10 feet (min 8) which frames the banner nicely if you were to hang it.
Do an image search for ‘Vex Worlds Pit Area’ to get some ideas.
Check out this free-standing roller stand: Econoroll Roll-Up 24-Inch Economy Banner Stand - $95 It’s pretty convenient and self-storing to protect your banner between events (it comes with a zippered storage case). For a “table banner” I’d recommend a 6’ wide banner since you never know if you’ll get a 6’ or 8’ table at events.

2’x4’ is a nimble size – check with PE before hanging materials at the venue.
I wouldn’t do anything more than 2 by 3 feet, but I havent done this before, so don’t entirely base your banner by what I am saying.
But that’s an awesome idea!!

We decided to go with 3’x6’ vertical retractable banner coming with a stand. It’s setup independent and can really stand out in the competition.
