Our team photo refused to upload. The Robot one worked, though.
We called it good enough.
It worked fine for me, but we had resized our photos to 650 pixels wide before we uploaded them so maybe try that.
We couldn’t fill it out and save it in parts, but when we filled out every box and didn’t save until right at the end it worked. Not sure if you’ve left boxes empty but thought I’d mention it.
Got the same thing. I had to resize our photos and then upload them.
Since it says they will crop to 650px wide, I just resized all ours to that width and it uploaded fine.
Simple image programs like irfanview can do the trick but you can use whatever image program you want.
All the fields marked with asterisks (*) are required. If you try to save without filling in all those fields the save will not work.
Since the photos are not marked with asterisks, fill in all the required data fields, save them, then upload the photos. Post back here if there are any other problems.
