Team viewable Rubric for World Awards?

There is lots of good info in the Judges handbook for Vex Worlds, including key requirements for some Awards, including some that it is too late to do anything about.

Is this rubric available to all teams? If so, where?
It doesn’t seem to be in the Game Manual.
