Help needed! My VEX IQ brain is hanging as in the video, it happened while trying to update the firmware form VEXos Utility on Mac, the Mac cannot successfully connect the brain, then the brain freezes itself and the only thing it shows is the VEX picture. So how can I have the brain back? Any ideas will be helpful

This would happen to me too, for me it was frozen because it didn’t actually update, once it fully updates it should go back to the home screen
You might have to unplug from the computer a couple of times to get it to connect.
