It might’ve been recorded in the local time zone. Rather than a standard one which updates depending on the time zone.
Edit: I looked at the screenshot more carefully and it says it was taken in the US. I would’ve assumed it was a country ahead of US, like Australia.

thing is that we are like 1 hour away from them and have a league with them so I didn’t thing time zones would have caused it

Most likely is that the time is recorded in UTC (basically time without offsets, from what I see the event timezone is -5.) The event that it appears to be from (the Akron Public Schools league) had a league night today. I figure it was probably ran around 7:00PM, but the time was recorded in UTC when it was posted to RobotEvents (which is fairly usual with computer-based timestamps.)
