So, My team came up with this idea for the 2021-2022 game, Provided we have the strength on our robot to do so, could we tip over a mobile goal, put a ring on it, and stand it back up? Thank you!
yes you could, although I expect that’d be slower and potentially more difficult than lifting to reach the goal.

as a rule of thumb, if there is no rule saying you cant, then you can.
