Tips for tuning a PID/TBH

Does anyone have any tips? I’ve been working on a TBH for my flywheel, and I’m not sure how to tune it. I’ve just been playing with the constant(s). Is there a method? What is it?

for TBH, there is only one constant if I understand correctly

my best advice is GO SLOW, from your starting value (for PID this is zero) increase each constant very slowly, by very small increments. the smaller your increment the longer it will take, but the better tune you will have at the end
