my builder and i have known each other for a while now and we make a very efficient team, i have never had a problem with him not building something.

I love my builders with everything I am, but they can still be the most annoying people ever… Like they have no idea what symmetry is
My builder and I work perfect together. No problems whatsoever, it is pretty surprising.

Most of the time the builder/programmer relationship is pretty good, but sometime we don’t understand each other’s roles well. It helps to take a few hours to sit down and try to understand everything the other people in your team are doing. I’ve found that a little time spent trying to understand the other people in your team and how they work can go a long way.
Our team’s builder is awful, she’s just the absolute worst. Keeps trying to build lift structure out of plastic and dyes gears for no reason.

Our builders are absolutely terrible. One of them is addicted to baseball and the other one is addicted to golf. They are also terribly unfunny and super buff.
