Touch led not working

I’m new of the vex iq and the touch led is not working after Firmware Update. The robot brain is not connecting to it. Could anyone help me.

We’re sorry that you have encountered this issue. To help rectify this situation, please disconnect all other sensors and Smart Motors from the Robot Brain, then connect the Touch LED in question to Port 1. After this is complete, connect your Robot Brain to your computer and run the VEX IQ Firmware Update Utility, and go to the Update > Reinstall Current Firmware > All Touch LEDs menu to reinstall the Touch LED firmware.

When there is only a single device connected to the Robot Brain on Port 1, the firmware update process will attempt to force reinstall the firmware into this device.

I tried that but the brain is not connecting with the touch led

Did you get a “click” win you connect the cable, sometimes it dose not and will not work.
