Robot with cubes is blue team. other robot is red team. Can Red team robot touch the goal zone blue barrier ?
What about SG3 D Rule - "Contact either of the opposing alliance’s goal zones or barriers " Warning?
Judges most likely will “let you go” if you touch it by mistake once. However doing it repeatedly can result in a violation, especially at bigger competitions.(USOPEN, WPI, Worlds, States, etc.)Note however, that it is not permitted to do. Sorry if I was unclear.

“Match Affecting” could be things like touching the Barrier as part of preventing another robot from scoring in the Barrier’s Goal Zone, to name one example.
