We will be having our VEX competition in a few weeks’ time and this will be VEX IQ and VEX V5 in the same event. As such, we are trying to coordinate our schedules on 2 TMs.
Is there a possibility to edit the times of the TM generated schedule and if yes, how?

No, there is no way to edit the times once the matches have been generated.
More importantly, why would you need to do this?
In my region, we run almost all of our events as IQ and V5 at the same time/location. We’ve never needed to do anything like what you’re proposing.
What do you mean by “coordinate our schedules”?
It depends on what you mean by editing the times. If you are asking if you can edit the times that are created by TM after the schedule is created, no, I don’t believe there is any way to do that. If you just want to recreate the schedule after it is created, then you can use the Regenerate Match Schedule tool.
If your goal is to thread matches between the two events, I suggest structuring your schedule in such a way that they are scheduled to work together. For instance, if you have one V5RC field and 2 VIQRC fields, you can set your schedule to run V5RC on a 8 minute cycle and VIQRC on a 4 minute cycle. If you start matches on VIQRC at 9:00 am and V5RC at 9:02 am, the schedule would look like this:
9:00 am - IQ Q1
9:02 am - V5 Q1
9:04 am - IQ Q2
9:08 am - IQ Q3
9:10 am - V5 Q2
9:12 am - IQ Q4
9:16 am - IQ Q5
9:18 am - V5 Q3
9:20 am - IQ Q6
This can work IF you can keep everyone on schedule and you don’t run into major issues. From my experience, though, it works better to just let each event run at its own pace. I run a tournament with 4 events running simultaneously in one gym (2 levels of IQ and 2 levels of V5). I coordinate things like drivers meetings but once they get started they all run at their own pace. I have separate sound system for each event. We do the same thing at our State Championship, although that is just 2 events at once instead of 4.

In our championship, we also have an additional tournament for younger kids and we want to interchange the matches, so that visitors can see a lot of matches. Which is why I would like to have irregular cycles so that I can respect the 3rd tournament 's timings.
