Tournament Manager Server Will Not Run

I have installed Tournament Manager and got to the point of creating a database. The database gets created and I can see the server icon in the system tray, but I get an error “A problem occurred while attempting to use the server on this computer. Try restarting the server and make sure you are using a valid tournament data file”

I can’t find any information on this error.

Is this the first time you’re using Tournament Manager on this computer? Do you have any anti-virus or port blocking software running? Can you please zip up and send the log files to [email protected]? They’re typically at C:\Users<your username>\AppData\Local\VEX Tournament Manager\Logs. Thanks.
