Traybot Dimensions

What dimensions do you guys have on your traybot drivetrains? Our team is building a traybot and our dimensions are currently 30 by 30

30 holes by 30 holes, or 30 inches by 30 inches?

Alright, so I don’t know our dimensions off the top of my head, however I recommend building a base that is smaller than or equal to 14x14. The reason for this is so that you won’t extend past the 18 inch limit later in the season (for trays, lifts, etc), as this is a major problem faced by many teams. Good luck!

*14"x14" = 28 holes x 28 holes

I see no issue with making the base to ~32x32 holes, even if you expect to expand. I haven’t really asked our traybot team about it but ik they use 35x35 (17.5", max single piece length)
