Triballs or Acorns

I do like the name “caltrops”.
@V3XC0D3R I’m just saying based on what I think from the viewpoint of emcees. But lol!

I’ll probably just call them disks all season
I prefer acorn to triball though

I am from Singapore… so of course I heard of it.
There is one stall selling it right near my house

Perhaps.

Riceballs or Onigiri could be another suggestion…

Triballs in the notebook, acorns talking to people.

How about rollos? A nod to Rouleax tetrahedron, but easier to say.

I love Rollos!!! That’s fun to say!

how about samosas? search them up; the triballs look just like samosas

Whatever it is, I think we can all agree that triball is the correct of that specific type of name for it, not tryball or tri-ball.

Wow to be honest that 100% percent accurate

Why pick between triballs and acorns when you could call them tricorns? Though admittedly it doesn’t really describe its shape…

My origin being from Bangladesh (but living in the USA), I love samosas…but I kind of disagree because of the edges.

Actually now that I think about it…kinda does look like samosas.
Great. Now I’m hungry.

Nobody’s said it yet so I will…

I have to agree ‘Acorns’ is just easier to say. Rather than Rouleaux Tetrahedron or Tri-ball.

After hundreds of hours of reasearch, I have found the only true name for them:

Rouleaux Triacorn-Balls

Spheroforms of tetrahedral symmetry is plenty easy to say, (just long :upside_down_face:).

Yeah…maybe a little too long…

It’s a great name…but quite lengthy…although to be frank with you, I don’t have a better idea.
