We would like to wirelessly download our vex iq programs to the brain. We are following the instructions on this page. Wirelessly Downloading a Project to the IQ (2nd gen) Brain via the IQ (2nd gen) Controller – VEX Library
We are able to pair the controller to the brain. But after plugging in the usb cable to our windows laptop and the controller, and connecting to the controller from the vex-iq project page, only the controller icon glows green. The brain icon remains white and the download icon is not activated. Does the above page mean something different by “Connect the USB cable to both your Mac, Windows, or Chromebook device and your IQ (2nd generation) Controller.”? Are we doing anything wrong here?
