Our team has been facing an odd issue regarding air leakage in our pneumatic system. Recently, on removing our compressor/bike pump from our tank, the air immediately flows back out of the end of intake valve.
As far as we can tell, we have no other leaks in our system. We tried with a second intake valve with no success. Has anyone run into this problem before? If this is an issue with the valve, does anyone have any fixes?
I highly recommend watching this video from 44252A. They put two male fittings on the tank that connects to a shut off valve and the shutoff valve connects to that one black piece with a meter on it and that piece has the valve you can attach. This doesn’t fix the valve though but this helps prevent leaking problems.
