Is anyone getting a problem where they try to order new motors and it says that “The requested qty is not available”?
this is probably a problem with stock, you can try to contact vex about it if you want to know exactly what the issue is!
That’s because they are out of stock and have been for a while. I suspect seeing as the competition kits and system bundles are backordered this is the cause. Yes you can ask support for availability timeframes but don’t get your hopes up quite yet.
Called VEX customer service about this a week ago or so. Apparently the US web store had a problem unrelated to the stock or inventory of motors. I called and they said they’d put an IT ticket in that should be resolved in 30-ish minutes. 30 minutes later, I could order motors with no problem!
