Trying to download code from vsCode Extension

Whenever i try to download my code to the controller, VSCode tells me to select a debug configuration.

None of the options that it lets me pick allow the code to be pushed to the robot.

(assuming you are using the VEX extension)
you should be using the controls in the status bar or a command from the command pallette.

PROS would be different.
