Our shaft is getting twisted due to too much load on it. We cannot decrease the load however. Any other alternatives for it not to get twisted ?
High strength shafts. Try using 12 tooth pinions as spacers for a makeshift one.

Use a shorter shaft. Shafts are used to transfer motion where there is a limited amount of space or range of motion. The quicker you can convert the torque on a shaft to something larger like a gear the better.
If the issue isn’t the length then adding more points of contact may help. You could double up your gears for more surface area to transfer the torque which means less load on the shaft.
