ultrasonic range finder

I have installed the ultrasonic range finder. I first connected the input to interrupt 1 and the output to digital port4. This is as per the hlep document in Robot C. No response. I then looked on line in the vex set up and it said to connect both input and output to any of the interrupts. Did so and no go.

Can anyone help out?

Hi John,
