What does “vex::motor LeftMotor (vex::PORT1, vex::gearSetting::ratio18_1, false)” mean? Thanks for your support!

That configures a V5 motor on port1 with 18:1 gears and normal rotation direction, not sure why you asked that in the ROBOTC tech support area.

no worries. Were you using ROBOTC or VCS ? Did you get your program running ?

We were using VCS, and finally, yes, we got our program running.
