Okay so, in the rules it says that if a robot is making contact with a scored cone, then that cone and all cones above it are not counted as scored. It also says if a robot makes contact with a mobile goal that is in a zone, it is also descored. Though, if you are making contact with a mobile goal that is not in a zone that has cones on it, do the cones still count as scored?

Ex: You are an internal stacker and there is a mogo in your mogo intake, and it has 10 cones on it. Do the 10 cones count as scored?

According to the definition of Stacked:

Note 1: Cones still count as being Stacked even if the Mobile Goal that they are Stacked on is not Scored.

And according to the definition of Scored:

Scored – A Mobile Goal is Scored in a Goal Zone if it meets all of the following criteria:

1. The Mobile Goal is touching the Goal Zone

a. If a Mobile Goal is touching multiple Goal Zones it is Scored in the higher point value Goal Zone

2. The Mobile Goal is not touching a Robot of the same color Alliance.

3. The Mobile Goal and the Goal Zone belong to the same Alliance.

If you are touching a mobile goal, the cones still count, as long as you are not touching those cones or any cones below them.
