The phrase “update needed” appears on the LED screen of the brain

The VEX IQ Robot Brain, Controller, Smart Motor, Smart Radio, and advanced sensors (all sensors except Bumper Switch) run a robotic operating system called VEXos. The Update Needed phrase will appear on your Robot Brain LCD Screen if one or more of the system components is not running the latest version of VEXos.
