Hi 9299 here. Updated the cortex and controller yesterday as well as easy C. However now can’t connect through net keys? Any advice would be great 
Try updating the VEXnet key firmware itself.
Have you run the VEXNet 2.0 Key Upgrade Utility with each of your VEXNet 2.0 keys plugged into the computer directly? The new VEXNet 2.0 keys have firmware chips in the USB keys themselves, and they will need to be updated to the latest version in order to ensure compatibility with the newest Cortex and Joystick firmware versions.
The Cortex and VEXNet Joystick firmware versions are on 4.23 currently; the VEXNet 2.0 Key firmware versions are on version 1.46.

Also make sure that your joystick and cortex are paired.
