We are facing some troubles when connecting VEX IQ robot to the computer on Windows 7. Everytime it brings an error massage tells that: “COM port COM#1 can not detect a VEX IQ brain”. as shown in the attached pictures.

I searched for the problem on the forums, and i got a solution (Usb driver not working - IQ Technical Discussion - VEX Forum). However, this problem appears again and again every time i restart my computer!
