Use this website for SUPER quick prototyping (with physics)

This is essentially algadoo, but browser based

I just don’t see how this helps. There are a lot of things in vex that you can’t replicate with something like this

I find it helpful :stuck_out_tongue:

for some reason my school blocked it  blocked for: games

sorry :frowning:

Yup, blocked here as well :stuck_out_tongue:
Dangit, why does my school block one of the most useful sites :L

I know what it is XD its just funny that it happened

When Inventor is too resource-intensive for your computer…

Glad to see i’m not the only person who uses incredibots lol. Faster and more fun than CAD

If you can’t deal with CAD you won’t get far in the engineering field imo… especially Mechanical :stuck_out_tongue:

Robot Mesh Studio already will let you build a VEX IQ robot from scratch using CAD, and then program your robot in one of three languages. We showed an “in progress” release of the VEX EDR version at VEX Worlds, and will be offering it late this summer in the “Cortex” version. The V5 version will be available when the product launches from VEX.

Here is a video of the CAD software in use with a VEX IQ robot.

I didn’t catch that at worlds but I like the IQ version so it definitely sounds promising

I am such a geek… I simply use ROBLOX Studio when I need a fast and reliable “Cadding” software when I don’t have one. Just simply convert the VEX CAD files into a .stl file, then import it into the studio as a mesh. There you go, a software with physics, joints, torque motors, and much more! To anyone out there trying to argue that ROBLOX is a horrible game; ROBLOX isn’t a game, it’s a game-creating software :stuck_out_tongue:

Good thing its just a game and not an industry standard. Am i right
