User CPU Crash?

Today we had a tournament where in the semi finals in the last 30 seconds we had the robot hang up:

( All lights were green, The controls were unresponsive and the robot was stuck on last command { driving forward } when the field disabled at the end of the match the robot kept going and the pneumatics randomly started firing.

This cost us the match by 2 points and we are wondering what could have caused it.

We are using RobotC (Latest 3.* version)

We do not have IME’s and are using Quad Encoders and a Gyroscope

We also use VexNet 2.0

We would appreciate if someone could give us further insight to why this would occur.
