Utility os not detecting internet during firmware update

Hi I have just downloaded the utility VEXos so that I can update the firmware on my robot. I have attached the robot but VEXos cannot detect my internet connection.
Can you help? Thanks

I’m not 100% sure, but my guess would be that your network is blocking access to content.vexrobotics.com where it would be pulling down the catalog and files to tell the VEXosUtility there’s an update available.

Thanks for your help.
It turned out that it was something to do with the school firewall.
I was able to do it from my home internet connection.
