(For our schools vex v5 team) Our arm has to lift a heavy claw with two motors, but the gears are skipping over each other. We are using a high-torque gear ratio but the arm still won’t lift. Does anybody have any suggestions or advice?
As always, a picture helps. Do you have bearing blocks on all the shafts.
Yes, put c Chanel’s next to the gear so that it can’t slip.
Are you using a green motor?

You can add some brace to connect them together, strengthening the connection
