V5 Battery Issue

I have a V5 battery that when connected, will repeatedly turn the brain on and off. The power level is good(3 lights). I pushed the little button inside the pinhole also. At the current state, the battery is unusable and the brain will not stay on long enough to try anything.

I am not sure what to do and I cant find any documentation or posts with similar problems.

When I connect another battery, the brain works fine.

@esmith When you push the reset button through the pinhole the battery forgets where it is in the charge cycle. For best results make sure your battery has updated firmware, and don’t use the reset button unless it’s really really necessary.

Charge the battery for a while and try it again.
