We have tried everything you guys have said to fix the V5 batteries and the battery is still not working. Please help, we don’t know what to do now.
Time to call VEX support and get a replacement sent.
They are out of stock.
Did you call support and they said it was out of stock comeplety or are you just going off their website, I would think they have backups of parts to send to teams that have received faulty parts
