I need help to resolve the following issue. I have this message on the V5 Brain of one of the groups in my class. It’s my first time to encounter this problem. Try using the VEX firmware updater, otherwise you’ll probably have to contact actual support.
connect the brain to VEXcode or the V5 firmware update utility using the USB cable and it should give you the option to update.
It worked with the VEXcode. I just have to download and install it first. We’re using VCS in class and it won’t update. Thanks jpearman!
