The screen on our fairly new V5 controller randomly flashes red and flickers in brightness. It only turns on when it’s plugged in by USB, and it randomly shuts off in the middle of use. We’ve already updated the firmware and reset it using the button on the back multiple times but nothing has fixed our problems. Is there anything else we can do? We can’t afford another one.
This sounds like it could potentially be a controller battery issue. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team and they can get something worked out with you.
