V5 controllers that we purchased new kits that will not power on. When you plug it in to charge, the screens do not show that they are charging. I pressed the reset button on the back of the controllers and nothing happens. The only sign of life is when its plugged in to charge or you press the power button, you can see red light inside in the ports.
