V5 Drivetrain Troubles. Stops in Autonomous

Programming for autonomous using the new Drivetrain funtion in v5 Text. 4 motor base, 1:1 gear ratio with speed motors and an inertial sensor. After running the first drive command with no problem (forward). The robot refuses to backup turn, or complete any code after it. the motors and wheels turn fine in drivercontrol, they just keep screwing up in autonomous. At this point I have no clue how to fix this.@jpearman
