Whenever we try to upload a PROS program onto our V5 Brain, we get the error V5 Port Not Found. Could anyone take a look at our error report? We have been facing this problem for weeks. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I usually get that error when I forget to turn the brain on or don’t have it plugged in correctly. Just make sure your connections are good.
The brain was on but the connected battery was pretty low, maybe that’s the issue. We also have tried three different computers, one of them has uploaded programs successfully last year and two different USB cables.
