I’m using PROS and trying to get signatures through the V5 Vision Utility. However, the vision utility is always showing that it’s disconnected even though I’ve already plugged the vision sensor in using a micro USB cable. Additionally, I’m using windows 10 and going to the device manager I can clearly see that my laptop is recognizing that the vision sensor is plugged in. Does anyone know how exactly I can let the V5 vision utility connect to the v5 sensors?
EDIT: Welp, I found out that apparently I was having this problem because I didn’t have the vision sensor driver installed. So for anyone who is having the same problem, I would suggest seeing if the vision sensor driver was installed for you or not.
