VCS on laption won't download to brain

Have multiple desktops (windows 10) with VCS loaded and operating fine. Have four laptops (windows 10) with VCS loaded and operating fine with the exception of two of them. When attempting to download program from laptop to V5 brain, I get the “stdlib.h” file not found error.
When downloading the VCS onto some of the laptops, I did get the attached message.
“stdlib.h” error screen shot also attached.

Quit VCS. Then try deleting the folder C:/Users/jbrown8353/AppData/Local/VEX Coding Studio/VEX Coding Studio… Relaunch VCS and it should reinstall everything at that location, it takes some time to do that. See if that helps.

I have had this problem before, and am having it again. The first time I fixed it with Windows fresh start(I was going to do it anyway). This time I have tried deleting the folder above, relaunching, after not working, I tried relaunching as admin (said it couldn’t access some files) and same problem still occurs.

Edit: I have also tried uninstalling the program, and reinstalling. Nothing yet has worked
