VCS/VEX C++ and Cortex?

I’ve been a bit out of the loop on the whole V5 transition (yay “real work” getting in the way of fun VEX designs) — I noticed that there’s a new programming IDE/language for the V5, and was wondering if VEX Coding Studio is also compatible with the Cortex. (Interestingly enough, when I go to the main VCS webpage, I can’t see what system it’s supposed to be designed for.)

Can someone point me in the right direction?
