We are in need of a vendor to help us facilitate hosting our Vex competition. We used 18x18 AZ last year but they are all booked up. Does anyone know of another vendor in Phoenix? We would like them to set up most everything including AV, tournament manager, fields etc.
Try looking for spaces in schools around Phoenix. I’m sure there is a school that has a space that you can rent out for a Vex Competition. Good Luck!

Hi. That wasn’t my question. My question is I’m looking for a vendor who can help put the competition together. We had one last year but they are booked. They do all the AV, computers, Tournament Manager, field set up etc. Thanks

You will probably need to talk with your local EEM about what might be available in your area. Here in Southeast Michigan, we have an “event trailer” and a couple college students you can hire to help you put on your event (or to support you at whatever level you need: their goal is to work themselves out of a job). But even they wouldn’t do everything like you describe, they just work with your volunteer staff to help with the technical stuff and train the T/M operator.
