Versahubs not legal for VRC?

Flex wheels have been legal in VRC since their introduction, IIRC. And they still are, per https://www.vexrobotics.com/vrc-flex-wheels.html.

But the larger flex wheels “require” [yes, I know, there are alternative hacks] the use of Versahubs. The flex wheel page even includes links to add Versahubs when ordering flex wheels. And yet the Versahubs page https://www.vexrobotics.com/versahubs.html currently says they’re legal only for PRO applications (VEX U, FTC, FRC).

My recollection is that the Versahubs used to be explicitly VRC-legal. Is that no longer the case? (And if not, why not?)

Since VersaHubs are included on the same page as legal flex wheels (and since the page says anything on it is legal), then they are legal.
The ones you linked I believe are for straight flex wheels, which are Pro and not legal for VRC.

Yes, the text you illustrate is what I was referring to (“even includes links to add Versahubs when ordering flex wheels”).

The presentation of the Versahubs page still strikes me as misleading. But, OK, I see your point.

Thanks!
