VEX CODE IQ Connection - Galaxy TAB A7 Lite VEX IQ GEN 1st Tablet

Hello to all members greetings!

I come to share a story, if anyone here on the forum has a solution, I would like to thank you for your warm help!

I installed VEX CODE IQ on Galaxy TAB A7 series tablets on Google Play itself and the application appears compatible with the device.
The application starts normally on the device, the location functions, Bluetooth and others requested by the application are already enabled, but I cannot make a connection between the (Tablet and the VEX IQ Brain GEN 1°).

The connection cable is type C (Tablet) for the BRAIN micro USB input port
When I go to make the connection I send the ID but nothing happens.

I will leave a video here to view the incident.

Thank you very much if you provide information for this problem! :robot:

Does anyone suspect anything?

Android tablets do not support USB connections. Only Bluetooth (BLE) connections are supported, and they require the use of a Smart Radio. From your video, it looks like your robot has a 900mhz radio installed, which would not be compatible.

We don’t currently have any development plans to add USB downloading support to Android tablets.
