I don’t think there’s CAD made by Vex for EDR, however you can download Inventor, Solidworks, Fusion 360, etc with the CAD (step) files provided by Vex. There’s a page with a list of step files somewhere.

Does someone knows how to use Fusion 360?

I do. Hmu.

I use sketch up, it is easy to understand, compatible with all computer platforms and has a vex parts library built into the 3d warehouse. with ability to get more parts online.
