My team was using the vex edr controllers and the vex edr controllers when the code was downloaded wouldn’t respond or do that the code said even though we knew the code worked before. Also, the vex triple aaa batteries that I had charged two days before and didn’t use, were out of battery as soon as we put them into the remotes.
Does vex have an explanation of why this is occurring?
