If we have a Vex EDR high-school team, composed of all middle-schoolers, except one member who is a high-schooler. If that high-schooler leaves our team, are we allowed to register again as a new middle-school team? I know in the manual it says that a team may not change, but are we allowed to completely make a new team (with a new name and number).
