Vex EDR Virtual Worlds

I purchased a RobotC virtual world license. activated it. downloaded all the available virtual worlds that were available for that license. When I select the virtual world, nothing happens. The virtual world does not open. My compiler options are grayed out. Not sure what the deal is. I’ve watched a couple of tutorial videos on youtube to see if I have done something wrong. Any suggestions?

You opened a new program file right? Can you post a screen shot?

Select RVW as target

Select virtual world

Write some code and download, RVW will open.
