I’m one of those people who always like to know how something works, and I’m just wondering, where are VEX parts (such as the motors, brains, pneumatics, unique game parts) produced, and what does the manufacturing process look like? (Especially the pneumatics and c-channels). What is the most difficult part to manufacture?

Didn’t you see this factory footage from last month of the game elements being made??? If you look real closely in the upper left, you can see some of the new game elements coming off the injection molding machine.
