Vex IQ 2nd Gen controller not connecting to brain

My Vex iq 2nd gen controller just stays permanent green whenever it is switched on and does not connect to the brain.

I recently factory reset the brain but it seems to be working, the vex code app installed a devices driver installer but that didn’t solve the issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You need to pair the brain and controller.
